Snowshine, Da Pan, and Fluorite are all the best characters you can place in the Control Nexus. However, you may need to swap out Da Pan or Fluorite if you're planning to maximize Rare Mineral and Fungal efficiency with some of the A-Tier characters.

While Catcher, Perlica, and Estella all have the same stats as the ones in A-Tier, they're best suited to be in other facilities within OMV Dijiang rather than in the Control Nexus.

Chen Qianyu is the best character to include in Mineral Growth, as she has the highest efficiency rate among everyone. You can then opt to choose between Fluorite and Wulfgard, depending on availability, and either Antal or Catcher for mood.

For plant growth, Last Rite is the only character to have efficiency for Plant Growth. You can place both Antal and Catcher to reduce the mood decline.

Lastly, Yvonne and Da Pan are for Fungal Growth, with Yvonne providing both mood decline reduction and efficiency. For the last slot, choose either Antal or Catcher to further reduce the mood decline rate.

For manufacturing character EXP materials, Laevatain is the best as she has both high efficiency and mood decline reduction effects. This is followed by Ember with her high efficiency rate. For the last slot, choose Xaihi over Wulfgard since she only provides a buff to Manufacturing, while Wulfgard might be needed in the Growth Chamber.

Pogranichnik is the best option for Weapon EXP materials as he has both mood decline reduction and high efficiency. You can then place Perlica and Gilberta in the remaining slots for more Efficiency or both. You can also opt to choose Arclight if you don't have Gilberta.

However, if you want a specific clue, you'll have to manually assign each of the following operators listed below to the ones you're currently missing.

The best Operator to assign to cabins will depend on what you need from the OMV Dijiang. To find out how an assignee can affect the OMV Dijiang, go into their Ability Matrix and read through their Talent Nodes.

Operators that have multiple effects when assigned to a specific cabin are usually the best choice. Otherwise, go with the Operator that increases the output of whichever item you need most from the OMV Dijiang.
