A River Restless in Still Winds Walkthrough
- Go to Qingbo Bailey and look for Tangtang
- Snoop Around for Tangtang's Whereabouts
- Go Near the Waterwheel
- Defeat Ruan Yi's Loyalists
Go to Qingbo Bailey and look for Tangtang
After finishing the last mission, teleport near Sky King Flats to continue the quest. Follow the location marker and talk to He Lao to know more about Tangtang's whereabouts.
Snoop Around for Tangtang's Whereabouts
Go around the base to snoop for Tangtang's location, you can interact with several notes to get hints, and eavesdrop on some NPCs nearby. After eavesdropping, you will find out where Tangtang is and your objectives will change.
Go Near the Waterwheel
Follow the location Marker and head to the waterwheel outside the base. You will see Tangtang afterwards, and a cutscene will play for the duration of this objective.
Defeat Ruan Yi's Loyalists
After the cutscene, a bunch of Ruan Yi's remnant loyal soldiers will attack you and Tangtang. Take them all out and finish the objective to get to the next mission.
