Rally and Unite is the third quest under the The Broken Lands mission series. This quest is under Chapter 1 - Process 1 of the main story and is located in The Hub.
How to Unlock Rally and Unite
Rally and Unite is unlocked after reaching Authority Level 2 or above and completing the Valley Reboot quest.

- Meet with Andre at the Core AIC Area
- Gather Originium Ore from Nearby Mining Spots
- Talk to Andre and Place a Refining Unit
- Place an Electric Pylon to Power the Refining Unit
- Check the Refining Unit Control Panel
- Go to the Originium Byproduct Processing Center
- Investigate the Originium BPPC

Meet with Andre at the Core AIC Area
Right after doing the Valley Reboot quest, meet up with Andre at the Core AIC Area. It's time to gather more materials to further set up the AIC Factory.
Gather Originium Ore from Nearby Mining Spots
Just to the left of Andre, there are Originium Ore mining spots. Gather 5 Originium Ores by simply attacking them. Your team members will also start attacking the ores automatically.
Talk to Andre and Place a Refining Unit
Talk to Andre again. The Refining Unit is now available to use in the Backpack. Drag the Refining Unit to your hotbar and place it in the projected area by the POC.
Place an Electric Pylon to Power the Refining Unit
The Electric Pylon is also now available in the Backpack. Open your backpack, drag the Electric Pylon to your hotbar, and place it near the Refining Unit to give it power.
Check the Refining Unit Control Panel
Once powered, open the Refining Unit's control panel. Drag the collected Originium Ore into the Refining Unit to produce Origocrusts. After producing, place them to your backpack by clicking the Claim All button.
Go to the Originium Byproduct Processing Center
Talk to Andre who asks you to look for technical documents in the Originium Byproduct Processing Center. Approach the gate and repair it by giving 5 Origocrusts produced earlier.
Optional: Use the Ziplines for Fast Travel
To get to the Originium Byproduct Processing Center faster, there are ziplines already placed for your convenience. Repair the first zipline by pressing R or the repair button. Latch on the zipline and look to the right to move towards the second zipline. Then, zip towards the third zipline on top of crates. Finally, move towards the last zipline which is at the front of the Processing Center.
Investigate the Originium BPPC
Enter the Originium BPPC to investigate. There are footprints around the BPPC. Press R or the scan button to see where the footprints lead to. After investigating, head deeper through the facility.

Talk to the Trapped UWST Crew Mates
As you pass through the destroyed entrance, defeat the Landbreakers that block your path. Continue heading deeper the facility to find a floating crate. Activate the crate's core to move it closer the stacked crates. Jump on the single crate to be able to reach the trapped UWST crew.
Deliver the Documents and Parts to Andre
Leave the Originium BPPC. As you make your way, Landbreakers once again block your path. Defeat the Landbreakers. Open the Map screen, then quickly teleport to the Core AIC Area and return to Andre.
Place Portable Originium Rig on a Mining Spot Nearby
After talking to Andre, go back to the nearby mining spot and place a Portable Originium Rig. View the rig's control panel to manually collect ores.
Produce Origocrusts with the Refining Unit
Go back to the POC and produce Origocrusts. Open up the Refining Unit control panel and place 30 Originium ores. After producing 30 Origocrusts, place them to your backpack. Talk to Andre and give him the Origocrusts.
Use the PAC to Construct a Shredding Unit
While in the Core AIC Area, open your Facility List panel to construct a Shredding Unit by using 5 Origocrusts. Place the Shredding Unit wherever you like. Produce Originium Powder by opening the Shredding Unit panel to shred Originium ore to make it into a powder. Place the powder in your backpack.
Go to the Arsenal and Meet the Endfield Operator
Open the Map and use the TP in the Hub Base to get there faster. Talk to the Endfield operator and give her the Originium powder. She uses it to produce an explosive. Use the explosive to blast open an entrance in front.
Find the Missing Arsenal Engineer
Head down the blasted entrance and make a right to find a hidden room. Destroy the crates and approach the fainted arsenal engineer. The engineer will let you check out the Weapon Store to buy new weapons for your use.
Read Andre's Message and Go to the Underground Lab
Andre sends you a message to meet up at the place you first met him. Head to the underground lab and talk to Andre who successfully reboots the TA-TA Prototype.
Return to Base and Talk to Director Qin
Head back to the base and talk to Director Qin. She talks about needing to repair the comms node at the Hub Base. To fix the comms node, you have to solve the Originium Circuitry: Repairs puzzle. You have to drag the component to its proper position to match the number of grids present per column or row.
