Mysterious Signal is the seventh quest under the Smoking Embers mission series. This quest is under Chapter 1 - Process 4 of the main story and is located in Power Plateau.
How to Unlock Mysterious Signal
Mysterious Signal is immediately unlocked after completing the Temporary Peace quest and has no level restrictions.

Mysterious SIgnal Quest Guide
- Go to the Originium Science Park and Talk to Yvonne
- Go to the First Protocom Signal Tower
- Go to the Second Protocom Signal Tower
- Go Back to the Originium Science Park and Talk to Yvonne
- Reach 1F of the Research Center
- Use the Test Component to Locate the Blight Core
- Go to the Originium Power Plant
- Go Deeper and Explore
Go to the Originium Science Park and Talk to Yvonne
Talk to Yvonne at the Originium Science Park and discuss about dealing the remaining Active Blight patches in Valley IV.
Go to the First Protocom Signal Tower
Go to the TP-Point just outside the Research Center. To the right is the first Protocom Signal Tower. Approach to connect the Signal Tower.
Go to the Second Protocom Signal Tower
Use the TP Point in the Logistics Area. Head down the platform and head east. Use the jump pad to get past the gap and go to Royle by the Second Protocom Tower. Approach to connect the Signal Tower.
Go Back to the Originium Science Park and Talk to Yvonne
Go back to the Originium Science Park and talk to Yvonne. She amplifies your Protosync to achieve the desired Blight scanning feature.
Reach 1F of the Research Center
Head down the shaft to the first floor with Yvonne. She presents a device that simulates Blight wavelengths to make glops of Blight.
Use the Test Component to Locate the Blight Core
Perform a scan to decrypt a mass of Active Blight and expose its Blight Core. You can now directly perform scanning with your Protosync to decrypt Active Blight.
Go to the Originium Power Plant
Teleport to the TP-Point near Plateau Trunkway and make your way to the Originium Power Plant. As you enter, you hear a battle happening at the second floor.
Go Deeper and Explore
Head up the stairs to see the damage done to the area. Scan the Active Blight that blocks the path and destroy its exposed core. It is revealed that Lycia has been causing the destruction, and Perlica vaguely talks about her intentions.
