Go to Vinisog Holm
After finishing the Castle Access, you will gain access to the Boundary, a ship that can let you travel with ease across the Erythia Sea. Aboard the Boundary and head straight for the objective marker, which will lead you straight to Vinisog Holm.
Rendezvous with the Lost Numbers soldier
When you have entered the island's tunnel entrance, disembark from the ship and head straight to the waypoint. Arriving at the destination will unlock the Vinisog Holm Camp.
Collect Intel on the Prison Camp
You will now have to collect intel on the Li Garte Prison Camp. The objective will require you to go in two separate locations, which are Corne Island and the Erythia Relay Base on Thurbin Island.
How to Collect Intel on the Prison Camp

 Embark on the Boundary to travel to either one of the islands. Remember that this can be done in any order. If you choose Corne Island, head for the island with huge crystals and tall terrain. |
 When you've passed the island's entrance, disembark and keep going to the marker until you reach the objective. You will need to fight the Testudos. To efficiently beat the machines, equip three Zephyrs, three Tacticians, and the hero Valdi. |
 Defeating the enemies will automatically collect the first intel and unlock the Corne Island Camp. Aboard the Boundary again, and head for the Erythia Relay Base at Thurbin Island. |
 While heading for the objective, you will come across outposts with gates, which you will need to unlock by finding three Thurbin Harbor Keys. The first key can be located in the left side of the gate, which will be glowing brightly on a table. Get near the key and open the gate. |
 The second key can be found at the white tent of the Lv. 46 Agnus Duoblade Elite. Defeat the enemy and retrieve the key to open the second gate. |
 To open the third gate, you need to find the key located in the white tower, just on a level high terrain on your way to the entrance on the right. |
 Keep moving to your objective, and this will lead you to the Erythia Relay Base. |
 Enter the base and defeat the Unique Monster Taskmaster Imperion. |
 After defeating the Unique Monster, head for the base's Data Archives and access the Terminal. This will automatically finish the objective and gather all the intel you need for the Li Garte Prison. |
Discuss Li Garte Prison Information in Vinisog Holm Camp
Now that you have completed the tasks, return to the Vinisog Holm Camp and discuss the Li Garte Prison information. When you're done with the discussion, you will be given a choice whether to prepare for the infiltration or proceed immediately on the mission.
