Wish Upon the Moon III automatically unlocks after completing Wish Upon the Moon II.
Wish Upon the Moon II Walkthrough
There are stalls needed to be built in order for you to proceed with this Lodge Tale. Those stalls are Thus Says the Moon, Fireworks Shop, and Riddle Twiddle.
Decode the wish by solving the decryption puzzle and connecting all of the same colors together. Afterward, approach two children arguing and talk to them.
Follow the quest marker and head to the secret base. Use your Sensor to find the boy's tracks within the quest area and follow the blue trail that appears.
Defeat all of the TDs present in the area and rescue Mahn. Return to Taoyuan Vale and tell Xiangli Yao what happened. The quest will conclude after your conversation.
