You can obtain this Schematic inside one of the gold treasure chests found at the Feybreak Oil Rig.

Do note that the drop rates for Legendary Schematics are low, so you may have to return to the Oil Rig several times before you can get this recipe.

To craft a Legendary SMG, you will need Refined Ingot x168, Polymer x40, Ancient Civilization Parts x25.

Once you have the required items and a Legendary SMG Schematic, you will be able to craft it at one of the Crafting Workbenches listed above.
