4 new Pals, 2 new weapons and a new island were all revealed at the April 29 Xbox ID Partner Showcase!

These will be added in the upcoming Summer Update and will include what appears to be a Relaxaurus Botan, Pheasant Pal, Fox Pal and a Frog Pal, as well as a Flamethrower, Laser Gun and Japanese inspired island!

Palworld Xbox Showcase Time and Date

April 29, 2024 at 10 AM PT

Palworld has announced that it will be a part of the IGN x ID@Xbox Showcase happening on April 29, 2024 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Brand new information regarding future updates to Palworld will be revealed here.

The ID@Xbox showcase focuses on indie games by independent developers on the Xbox platform, such as Palworld.

Where to Watch the Palworld Xbox Showcase

Exclusively Presented by IGN

The April 2024 ID@Xbox Showcase is exclusively presented by IGN, and it will be available on all of their platforms. You can watch the livestream from their Youtube channel here.

ASL Version on IGN Youtube Channel

For those who are deaf or hard of hearing that don't want to rely on potentially inaccurate closed captions, an American Sign Language (ASL) version of the presentation will also be livestreamed on IGN.

What Do We Expect to See in the Palworld Xbox Showcase?

PVP Details and Release Date

Palworld Arena, the PvP update of Palworld, has been teased in a previous trailer with a simple release date of 2024. It has since been confirmed that it will be released as part of the Sakurajima Summer Update, so players will now be able to test their strength against other fellow players.

Summer Update Information

A big update was announced for summer 2024 after the release of the 0.2.0.6 update. The summer update is expected to add several new features such as new locations, weapons, structures, Pals and Tower Bosses.

During the ID@Xbox presentation, we may be able to get an exact release date or more detailed information about these features coming soon.

A new island has been confirmed to be added during the summer 2024 update. More information about this island and how it will change the map may be revealed during the showcase.

New structures and weapons are expected to be added in a future update. We may be able to get a glimpse of brand new weapons, armor, accessories, or notable structures during the Xbox indie showcase.

New Raid Boss and Pals

Raid bosses were introduced this year in the version 0.2.0.6 update, with Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero serving as the game's first raid bosses.

A new raid boss will likely be added to the roster in a future update. It's only a matter of when the new boss will arrive, which could be information we get during the ID@Xbox Showcase.

Cross-Platform Compatibility

Crossplay between different platforms has been a goal in Palworld's Early Access Roadmap, but there hasn't been a clear timeframe for when we can expect it. We may finally see an update regarding the development of this feature in the showcase.
