Build A Base Near Ore Deposits
Ingots are a valuable material used for all metal-based items. To produce Ingots, you must refine ores obtained by mining through Ore Deposits.
The best idea for this is to build your base near Ore Deposits so you can have easy access to Ores and expedite the Ingot production process.
How to Farm Ore and Best Locations
Catch Pals to Work on the Base
You need to catch Pals that have the following work suitabilities:
Once you have acquired these Pals, ensure to place them in your base and designate specific tasks for each of them.
Build A Primitive Furnace

The Primitive Furnace is where you will refine Ores and turn them into Ingots. These are the materials to build a Primitive Furnace:
Use Foxparks to Supply Fire to the Furnace
Once the furnace has been built, you can assign your Pal with the Kindling Work Suitability to it and begin refining ores.
Build A Wooden Chest
Wooden Chests are where your pals will store the ores. These are what you need to build one Wooden Chest:

While farmed ores can be picked up from the ground, it is best to store them as you may accidentally pick them up and exceed your storage capacity.
After completing all the necessary steps, you will have established an Ingot assembly line.

Ingots can also be dropped by the Pal, Bushi. This is a Fire Elemental Pal, so make sure you have your Water Type ready!
Tips on How to Farm Ingots
Capture Pals with Level 2 Mining, Transporting and Kindling
While having Pals with Level 1 Work Suitabilities is alright, it is important to note that there are also Pals with Level 2 Work Suitabilities.
This difference can significantly contribute to making the process much easier and faster.
Craft a Pickaxe

A Pickaxe is a tool required to mine ores. You can expedite your Ingot farming by helping your pals in gathering ores yourself.
There are different pickaxes in the game that you can use. During the early stages of the game however, you can get access to a stone pickaxe and upgrade it as you level up.
Build Pal Beds
You do not want to overwork your Pals, as they may become tired and unhappy, so building Pal Beds is essential. Pal Beds require these to be built:

Pal Beds are where your Pals will sleep at night or when they feel tired. Build as many as the worker Pals you have in your base.
Build A Feed Box
Build Feed Boxes and put food in them so your Pals can eat while working. Here is the list of items you need to build a Feed Box:

Maintaining your Pals well-fed is crucial, as hunger could potentially bring their work to a halt.
Build A Hot Spring
Hot Springs are used to keep Pals from losing their sanity. Here is what you need to Build a Hot Spring:

Take note that Pals who lose their sanity will refuse to do any work entirely, so building a Hot Spring is a great idea.
