There is currently a bug with the Memory Reset Drug item that will reduce the player's Catch Power with no way to revert it in Palworld. Currently, there's no fix for this bug so it is recommended not to make and use this item.

Permanently Reduces the Player's Catch Power
According to the official Palworld Discord, when a player uses the Memory Wiping Medicine item to reset the player's status, there is a chance that it will also reduce their Catch Power, making it more difficult to capture Pals.
How to Get Memory Wiping Medicine
No Known Fixes to Memory Reset Drug Bug
As of now, there is no fix for this bug and the only way to circumvent it is to not craft and use the Memory Reset Drug item.
