The Not Found Session 91 error pops up if you're trying to join a non-existing server or session. If the host has shut down the server or you have input the wrong multiplayer code, you'll need to look for another session to join, or try inputting the correct code.
Palworld Multiplayer Server Invite Codes
If the server you're trying to join is confirmed to be up and running but you still encounter the error, double check that the server you're joining has the Multiplayer setting turned on.
If the server's Multiplayer Setting is already turned on but you still get the error, you might be having problems with connectivity.
If you're connected to the Internet using WiFi, switch to a wired connection to see if this fixes the problem. If you're already using a wired connection, restart your modem or router.
