Tseng

Leader of the Research Division of Shinra Company's General Affairs Department. Tseng commands the group of Elena and Rude to carry out assignments. Director of the Turks

Tseng is the director of Shinra's special task force called The Turks. He rarely goes into battle and often just gives orders to his subordinates Reno, Rude, and Elena. Despite this, Tseng is still a skilled combatant and pilot.

Ordered Sector 7 Plate Drop

During the events of FF7 Remake, Tseng was the one who ordered Reno and Rude to drop the Sector 7 Plate. He gave the separation code to both of them and sent reinforcements to help them with the militia at the pillar.

Captured Aerith

During the chaos that Rude and Reno made, Tseng made his way to Seventh Heaven where he noticed Aerith going inside. He stopped her from escaping and successfully captured her, then brought her to the Shinra Building after.

Tseng's Role in FF7 Rebirth

Still Leader of the Turks

After the events of the FF7 Remake, Rufus Shinra took over as the president while Tseng became his right-hand man. Tseng also appears along with his subordinates in FF7 Rebirth's latest trailer where he places a sphere in a device.

It looks like he still leads the Turks and is still one of Cloud and his friends' enemies.
