Effect Increases vitality and spirit by 30. Grants immunity to Slow and Instant Death.
In-Game Description
A scarf that channels the collective grudge of one's comrades into a protective power.

Does Not Block Odin's Zantetsuken

FF7 Rebirth - Zantetsuken is Not Instant Death

Karmic Cowl will not help you during the Odin boss fight since his signature move, Zantetsuken, is not an Instant Death ability. Rather, it deals 9999 Damage on hit, which is a guaranteed insta-kill for characters below that HP threshold.
