How to Get Cruel Command
Purchase from Stockkeeper Eberk
Head to the Southern Warden Tower just up north from the Starting Area of the Galawain's Tusks regions, in the southwest of the The Sallow Steppe.
Prepare a lot of Skeyt
Cruel Command can be purchased from Stockkeeper Eberk.

Forced Obeisance for Enhanced Stun

This Enchantment boosts the Stun damage dealt by this wand, making it an excellent choice for opening attacks. A single Power Attack can bring many enemies close to being stunned, leaving them vulnerable to a Special Attack.
The alternative, Rewarding Disloyalty, isn’t very practical. Parrying with a wand is uncommon since you typically won’t be in melee range. Even if you are using a shield and wand, the added Stun from Forced Obeisance is still a much better option.

Augmenting a Unique Enchantment replaces the original Enchantment permanently. Only one enchantment between the two augments can be chosen.

Weapons can be upgraded in the Workbench, requiring Metal or Wood and Herbs of equal rarity to do so. Upgrading Weapons increases its stats, raising its effectiveness in combat.

| One of the two legendary armaments favored by Feysa Adaerus, a fire godlike arcane knight of the Steel Garrote from centuries past. This wand, made by her hand, was imbued with some of her own divine fire to bring the searing justice of The Burned Queen to oathbreakers and herectics alike. Feysa was said to have a uniquely terrifying presence about her, able to end a fight before it began with naught but a spoken command as her enemies found themselves rooted in place through sheer terror. Those of strong enough will to resist would find themselves on the receiving end of Cruel Command with two choices: Cower and submit or be reduced to ash. | |
