Obtained in Heart of Valor Side Quest

Stormdancer Ring is one of the possible rewards of the Heart of Valor side quest in Shatterscarp.

When speaking to Keipo at the end of the quest, refuse to give the heart to him. Then, when speaking to Chiko afterwards, inform them of Keipo's condition to acquire the ring along with the Stormdancer's Scale, Stormdancer Gloves, and Stormdancer Boots.

If players choose to give the heart to Keipo, they will be awarded with Umpara's Spear but will be locked out of the Heart of Leviathan accessory and the Stormdancer set.

Give the Leviathan Heart to Keipo - Giving the heart to Keipo will make Chiko furious and will not give you anything.
Right. You do that. Happy to Help - This option will not make Chiko mad, but you will receive nothing from them.
[War Hero] Every old warrior knows the value of a noble sacrifice - If you have the War Hero Background, choosing this option will make Chiko hate you and receive no rewards.

To get the ring, players must deny giving Keipo the heart and inform Chiko of his condition afterwards.
