Behind the Waterfalls
Near the top of the waterfalls located just past the trip wires, you can find a corpse with a Common Dagger and a note behind the waterfalls.
False Wall by The Adra Pillar
Facing the Adra pillar, turn right and into a room to find the switch on the wall. Interact with the switch to open the false wall. Note that there's a Dreamthrall Swarmer inside, as well as a lockbox containing Vambraces!
Opening this room also grants you the Hawkeye Achievement!
Fort Northreach Storage Key
In the same room as the Adra pillar, you will also encounter a corpse with a round shield, and a key to the Fort Northreach Storage room, both of which you can collect.
The door to the storage room is closer to where you first came from, and contains a Health Potion and a Chest!
Room with Breakable Wall
To the left of the Adra pillar, you can also find a breakable wooden wall inside a room with a fireplace and a mounted animal head. The room behind the breakable wall contains an apple and entries of the Steadman's Log which is related to the main quest's lore.
Backpack by the Common Bow
When the main quest takes you to get the Common Bow in the rafters, you'll come across a pile of crates that are hiding a Backpack filled with items you can collect!
Middle Jail Cell
You can open the jail cell beside Ilora's cell by using the Fort Northreach Jail Key. Once inside, crouch to get to the leftmost cell and get Deerskin Gloves from the corpse.
Underwater Chest Beneath the Waterfalls
On the way to the next area and just past the brambles you had to burn, you will come across a pool and another waterfall. You can swim to the bottom of the falls to get to a Chest!
Backpack Behind the Waterfalls with A Group of Xaurips
While continuing the On Strange Shores main quest, you'll come across a bunch of Xaurips and another waterfall at the end of a stream, which hides a backpack behind it that contains Deerskin Boots.
Hidden Path by the Arena
In the same arena where you encounter Steadman Ralke during the On Strange Shores main quest, you can find a small cave to the right that leads into a pool. Follow the resulting path all the way to a ledge above the arena where a Backpack is located.
Where is Fort Northreach?
The Tutorial Area in Avowed
Fort Northreach is the very first area where you start the story in Avowed, and where the main tutorial for the game takes place.
Can You Return to Fort Northreach?
You can no longer return to Fort Northreach after completing the main quest in the area and traveling to Dawnshore.

When I first got to the fort, I had a sub quest relating to upgrading kit, but it won't let u breakdown kit yet & U need Pardysian wort (whatever, lol) the main upgrader material? Any advice?
