Obtained in Homecoming Side Quest

Ninagauth's Gruesome Grasp Location
Avowed - Ninagauth

Ninagauth's Gruesome Grasp can be obtained as a quest reward in the Homecoming side quest in Galawain's Tusk. Speak to Captain Geofri in Solace Keep to start the quest.

In Ash Forest Outpost, acquire the key from Liviu and free Petru from prison to acquire the gloves as a quest reward. Players may opt to attack Liviu or convince them to hand over the key. Note that attempting to convince Liviu requires 12 Resolve and 10 Perception to succeed.
