The Emperor's Reach can be found on the Ancient Lakebed in Shatterscarp. The unique weapon can be found embedded on a corpse in the middle of the lake, surrounded by Dreamthralls.
Triumph of Conquest | Killing an enemy restores Health and gives you +15% Attack Damage and +20% Move Speed for 8 seconds |

This Enchantment is by far the better choice, boosting the sword’s on-kill bonuses and increasing its buff duration. Its alternative, Bend the Knee, pales in comparison to the powerful bonuses provided.
Parries already inflict high Stun when done successfully, making it impractical to sacrifice its attack and movement bonuses for a parry buff.
Rightful Annexation | Killing an enemy gives you +10% Attack Damage and +10% Move Speed for 6 seconds |

Description | |
Whoever holds the title of emperor of Aedyr is undoubtedly one of the most powerful men in the world. But even his reach has its limits. It was with just this limitation in mind that Fercönyng Hafamund III gifted this sword to one of his most accomplished warriors, a champion from the ranks of the Tall Grass. Hafamund declared that "wheresoever this blade spills blood for the empire, all will know of the limitless reach of Aedyr's emperors." Ironically enough, the original wielder of Emperor's Reach died at the hands of a simple spearman whose weapon's superior reach spelled the end for that Aedyran champion of old. |
