Bitter Bonding can be found in Shantytown at Dawnshore.

From the Paradis Main Gate Beacon, head northeast to find an NPC at Shantytown's dried canal looking for a ring. The ring can be found behind him, near a rectangular crate.

Avowed - How to Find Bitter Bonding

Bitter Bonding can be found near the rectangular crate by the left wall, beneath the bridge.

While not recommended, note that you can return the ring to the NPC. Players can choose to return it for free, or in exchange for 100 coins.

Behind the man looking for the ring, to the left of him is a reddish pot buried in the mud. To the left of that pot is a broken crate. Near that crate you will find the ring.
