Description
The eye-catching purple of these robes is far from the most remarkable thing about them. They are bulkier than they appear at first glance due to the thick layers of padding that reinforce vital locations. While still not as protective as heavier armor, they fare better than most other robes. A faint but constant static energy can be detected emanating from the purple cloth. Though uncomfortable at first, the sensation quickly fades into the background, and the extra alacrity it imparts upon the wearer when casting spells is certainly worth the discomfort.
