    But this means you skip searching for survivors, as everyone is safe, making this end to the quest alot better and saves time running around :)

    Hi, so i have an entire different outcome, theres a hidden cave behind the waterfall east of Fior, underneath the bridge, i went there early and killed steel garrote members, which actually changes this mission, as their forces were wakened and so the city is not up in flames, just the outside (What i mean is as i entered the city, it was all normal, a few dead garrote members near the entrance but no fires). The outcome however is the same, they want to relocate to avoid further attacks.

    I can’t return to Fior because it won’t let me inside if you know why please help me I can’t progress at all without it.
