(Lv. 1)		 Holding your Power Attack with a bow or gun slows time by 25%.
Rank 2
(Lv. 5)		 Holding your Power Attack with a bow or gun slows time by 50%.
Rank 3
(Lv. 8)		 Holding your Power Attack with a bow or gun slows time by 75%.

The higher ranks of Steady Aim increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Steady Aim

Unlocked at the Start

Since you start as Level 1 in the game, you can activate the Steady Aim ability at the start of the game. However, you will still need to spend an Ability Point to unlock its base rank.
