(Lv. 20)		 Gain maximum Attack Speed, rapid Stamina regeneration, and increased Move Speed for 10 seconds.
Rank 2
(Lv. 21)		 Flurry of Blows grants lifesteal to your weapon damage.
Rank 3
(Lv. 22)		 Increases the duration by 5 seconds.

The higher ranks of Flurry of Blows increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Flurry of Blows

Reach Level 20 to Unlock

Level Up
You must reach Level 20 to unlock the base rank of Flurry of Blows in the Ranger Ability Tree. You can then spend Ability Points to activate and upgrade it once you reach the level requirement.
