Constant Recovery Effects Per Rank

(Lv. 1)		 After taking damage, slowly regenerate 50% of the last amount of Health lost.
Rank 2
(Lv. 5)		 After taking damage, slowly regenerate 75% of the last amount of Health lost.
Rank 3
(Lv. 8)		 After taking damage, slowly regenerate 100% of the last amount of Health lost.

The higher ranks of Constant Recovery increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Constant Recovery

Unlocked at the Start

Since you start as Level 1 in the game, you can activate the Constant Recovery ability at the start of the game. However, you will still need to spend an Ability Point to unlock its base rank.
