How to Unlock In For a Penny, In For a Pound
Reach Authority Level 15 and Track Objective
To unlock the In For a Penny, In For a Pound mission, you must first reach Authority Level 15. Some missions require a certain number of Authority Level before it can unlock, so make sure to progress the game to gain Operational EXP. Open your Missions Hub and track the objective.

Rescue the Mysterious Prisoner
The fastest way to head to your objective is to select the TP Point above in Valley Pass. Your objective is just below the left bottom of the TP Point. Head there to meet the soldier, Waltz, who will inform you of his lost baggage.
Find Waltz's Lost Baggage
Your objective will lead you to a bunch of toppled green containers, which you must run over and eventually reach the stairs. Defeat the enemies guarding Waltz's baggage.
Give Waltz his Baggage
After defeating the Landbreakers and retrieving the baggage, head down and return to Waltz to give his belongings back. Waltz will express his gratitude to head off, but the team decides to follow him.
Follow Waltz
To follow Waltz, head towards the objective by crossing the road ahead. Turn right onto a terrain, go towards the visible zipline, and talk to Waltz again.
Find the Lost Cargo
The team agrees to help Waltz find the lost cargo. Head over to your objective and you will see a Landbreaker camp. Defeat the enemies to retrieve the first crate.
Keep Up With Waltz
After checking the first cargo, you will need to keep up with Waltz. Head over to the cave and approach Waltz, who will request your help in finding the second cargo.
Find the Second Crate of Cargo
To find the second cargo, move down to the pit and run towards the objective. This will automatically trigger a conversation with Waltz, who finds out that there are still missing supplies in the crate.
Follow the Paw Prints
You will then be required to activate your Scan to highlight hidden clues. This will automatically reveal hidden paw prints around the cave.
After using your Scan, you will then be required to follow the prints. Always remember to take your time in observing the terrain properly to find the missing tins.
Scan and Follow Path

| 1 |  From the cave, head outside the terrain and turn right. This path will guide you to an upward slope, which you can use your Scan on. |
| 2 |  When you have arrived on the slope, use your Scan consistently. The tracks, marked yellow, will guide you to the location of the missing tins. Pay attention to the path closely. |
| 3 |  The path ends on a steep cliff, which is occupied by an Easy Stash facility. Use your Scan again to reveal the final clue. |
Find the Missing Tins
When the final clue is scanned, you can use the Zipline beside the cliff to climb over the top. This method is preferable and easier if you're having difficulties jumping across.
