There are a total of 17 Sandleaf located in Power Plateau, Valley IV. You can start your collection from the batch of 5 Sandleaf on the eastern side of Plateau Trunkway, working west until you reach the last batch of 3 at United Parking Lot.

Unlock Planting and Seed-Picking Units
Make sure that you have access to the Basic AIC II Plan and research the Planting node, under the Processing tree, using 1 Basic AIC Index. This unlocks the Planting and Seed-Picking Unitswhich you'll need to start the Sandleaf farm!
Create a Sandleaf Planting Loop
Place the Planting Unit and Seed-Picking Unit beside each other at your AIC, then create a Transport Belt from the Seed-Picking Unit's output and connect it to the Planting Unit's input. Afterwards, make another Transport Belt coming from the Planting Unit's output and connect it back to the Seed-Picking Unit's input.
Place one or more Sandleaf into the Seed-Picking Unit to start the production. This system will continuously produce Sandleaf without requiring any additional materials.

Connect Planting Unit to Automation-Core
Lastly, create a new Transport Belt coming from one of the Planting Unit's output ports and connect it to your AIC's Automation-Core. This will allow the facility to deliver half of the produced Sandleaf toward the Depot, while the other half will continue through the planting cycle to farm Sandleaf infinitely.
