    Hot Work is not a good set for Wulfgard althought it has the right stats Str/Agi. It grants Arts Intensity which increase Combustion Damage which is consumed by Wulfgard Battle Skill. Also Forcibly applying Combustion doesn't deal the initial hit. That's a huge loss of dps, just use MI Security Gear (Battle Skill dmg stat) instead or Bonekrusha only if you have max Potential Wulfgard and can reset he's Combo Skill with ult for max burst Battle Skill.
