Wander in the island and you'll come across the only scalable wall by the eastern shoreline.

Climb the second Scalable Wall
Once at the top find the starting position of the rope where you can slide to the nearby island's elevated top.

Slide down to the nearby island
From Seaspray Lookout, slide down and make a quick save to save you from having to climb all the way to the top if you miss the jump.

From the top of the second island you will see two ropes that are relatively near each other. Make the jump from one rope to another and another jump to the small island with a scalable wall.
