Steps on How to Blessed Be the Moon
Check IconStep 1: Listen to the words of the children
Check IconStep 2: Go to 3 stalls
Check IconStep 3: Head to somewhere high

Talk to the Children in the Festival

Talk to the Children in the Festival
At the middle of the village, go talk to the two children, the Envious Child and the Smug Child. They will then mention that Madam Magistrate, Jinhsi, is at the Yumyum Haven stall.

Go to 3 Stalls

Go to 3 Stalls

Head to the Yumyum Haven stall to meet up with Jinhsi. After the cutscene, you will then head to the Fireworks Shop to talk to Xisha. Finally, head to the Riddle Twiddle.

Head to Somewhere High

Head to Somewhere High
Go to a high point in the village, up the stairs near Riddle Twiddle. A cutscene will play then afterwards, the quest will be complete.
