Unlock All Stalls in the Moon-Chasing Festival
To unlock the Blessed Be the Moon Stall, build all of the stalls in the Moon-Chasing Festival.

Talk to the Children in the Festival
At the middle of the village, go talk to the two children, the Envious Child and the Smug Child. They will then mention that Madam Magistrate, Jinhsi, is at the Yumyum Haven stall.
Go to 3 Stalls
Head to the Yumyum Haven stall to meet up with Jinhsi. After the cutscene, you will then head to the Fireworks Shop to talk to Xisha. Finally, head to the Riddle Twiddle.
Head to Somewhere High
Go to a high point in the village, up the stairs near Riddle Twiddle. A cutscene will play then afterwards, the quest will be complete.
Blessed Be the Moon Rewards
Unlock Jinhsi As Companion
Completing Blessed Be the Moon's side quest will unlock Jinhsi as your companion for the By Moon's Grace stall event.
