Thundering Mephis is easily accessible once you find the Desorock Highland fast travel point. Simply go to the beacon and glide down to its location on the map around the Withering Frontline.

Be Alert and Parry Thundering Mephis' Attacks
Most of Thundering Mephis' attacks can be parried. However, it's very quick in its execution, which makes it harder to time your parries right.
To increase your chance of parrying, make sure to stay as close as possible to Thundering Mephis and use your melee-focused character to parry.
How to Parry and Counterattack
Use Intro Skills to Quickly Immobilize Thundering Mephis
As soon as it's available, use your team's Intro Skills. Along with parrying, it chunks Thundering Mephis' vibration strength, immobilizing it as quickly as possible.
Stay in the Middle of the Area
Thundering Mephis is quick in its movements. Catching up with it may put you out of the area where you can fight it. This can effectively reset its health.
Be sure to be mindful and keep the fight with Thundering Mephis at the middle of the area.
Resistant to Electro Damage
Thundering Mephis is resistant to any Electro damage. Resonators like Calcharo or Yuanwu will do reduced damage against this boss.
