Turbulent Spirit

Ability Effect Significantly increase your ATB charge rate for a limited time. Can only be used once per battle.
Proficiency Bonus Fill 2 ATB charges while active.

How to Get Battle Cry

In a Tower in Hall of Life

Obtainable in Chapter 13. After pushing a box to get across in the Hall of Life, you'll see a tower that contains the purple chest. It's located in a corner of the tower, surrounded by stone.
