How to Not Turn Into a Frog

Avoid the Toadfrog Tune's Green Mist

Avoid turning into a frog by avoiding Toadfrog Tune attack. The enemy frogs will release a green mist to the ground and must be dodged in order to not transform.

This can easily be avoided as it will take a while before the green mist transforms you into a frog so you can dodge them pretty quickly.

Play as Barret to Maintain Distance

If you want to play safe from getting turned into a frog, we recommend using long-ranged characters such as Barret and use his Overcharge unique ability and his other abilities to deal with the enemies.

When you first reach Gongaga on Chapter 9, immediately complete Activation Intel 1 and activate the Midriver Isle Tower. The Fiend Intel will appear on the northeast of the tower.

Pin it and follow the waypoint in order to get to the Fiend Intel.

If you are trying to pressure the enemy and your level is way too high, there is a chance that you'll defeat the enemy even before pressuring them. To solve this, switch to Dynamic difficulty as the enemies' level will scale with you, providing a challenge and an opportunity to complete the Fiend Intel's mission
