Draconic Charm can be obtained from the Lost Aedyran Scout in Shatterscarp. Collect the Strangely-Marked Xaurip Spear inside Ryngrim's Domain and return it to the lost scout to acquire the charm.

Speak to the Lost Aedyran Scout outside Ryngrim's Domain located by the human-shaped ice.

Avowed - Strangely Marked Xaurip Spear
Enter Ryngrim's Domain. Upon entry, turn left into the snowstorm. Continue onwards until you find a xaurip corpse by a hut along the left side. Collect the Strangely-Marked Xaurip Spear next to the corpse.

Exit the domain and talk to the Lost Aedyran Scout once more. Give him the spear to acquire the Draconic Charm accessory

Draconic Charm Special Effect

Sacrificial Breath Channel a Xaurip tribe's draconic deity to become Uninterruptable and breathe fire at your enemies.

How to Use Draconic Charm

Use the ability radial and select the Draconic Charm to cast Sacrificial Breath. Envoy will cast for a short time and breathe fire for 5 seconds, dealing damage to enemies in front. Players can move, jump, and crouch while breathing fire, but is unable to attack.

After casting, the item will enter cooldown for 60 seconds during which it cannot be cast again. The cooldown starts as soon as the fire breath is launched.
