What to Do With Spoiled Food?
Use Them to Make Stat-Boosting Beverages
In Avowed, Spoiled Food may be picked up everywhere in the map as a loot drop. Though not very useful as is, players can use Rotten Food as an ingredient when crafting some of the more powerful consumables in the game.
To use your spoiled food, head over to the Cauldron found in the Party Camp and begin cooking. It is important to note that some of the higher crafting recipes are only unlocked if you have enough Ranks of Survivalist.

Sell For Some Currency
Though it is not recommended, players may sell Rotten Food for 1 coin (Copper Skeyt) each in any Merchant and Store.

What Happens if You Eat Spoiled Food?
You Get Poison Accumulation
Players who consume Spoiled Food will get Food Poisoning, building Poison Accumulation. If the player's Poison Accumulation is activated, the player will take damage over time.
