Obtained in Ruinous Cavern

Enter the Ruinous Cavern west of Paradis in Dawnshore. The entrance can be found along the western wall, outside of Paradis.
Traverse the cavern until you encounter a room with multiple spiders. Loot the corpse at the center to acquire the Steel Garrote Plate.
How to Get the Steel Garrote Plate in Ruinous Cavern

| 1 |  Fast travel to the Paradis Main Gate Beacon. Travel along the outer western wall of Paradis until you reach an opening nearly covered in webs. Enter to arrive at the Ruinous Cavern. |
| 2 |  Travel along the linear path until you arrive at an open room. Turn left and burn the web with fire damage. Jump down to continue. |
| 3 |  Climb out of the water deposit and follow along the linear path. Upon arriving at a large room with multiple spiders, loot the corpse under the lit area to acquire the Steel Garrote Plate. |
