How to Get Caeroc’s Pride
Defeat Tempestuous Luandi

Head to the island southeast of Shantytown in Dawnshore. Defeat Tempestuous Luandi and loot Caeroc's Pride from their corpse.
Note that Tempestuous Luandi can be fought regardless if his bounty is active or not.

Thunder's Fall for More Consistent Damage

Thunder's Fall is the clear choice over its counterpart. This Enchantment enhances the weapon's already good Power Attack Shock Accumulation by turning it into an area-of-effect attack, allowing you to shock multiple enemies instead of just the initial target.
On the other hand, Wrath of the Storm is a much weaker option. It requires a kill to potentially activate, and even then, there is only a 25% chance to cast Crackling Bolt, a B-Tier spell.

| Captain Caeroc was a renowned pirate captain, sharpshooter, and devoted worshipper of Ondra. When a sudden, deadly storm overtook Caeroc and his crew, he prayed to Ondra with a fervor unlike any he had ever before displayed, asking her to see his beloved ship to safety. The Lady of Lament, seemingly moved by Caeroc's pleading, saw to it that the ship weathered the storm and came out on the other side relatively unscathed. However, just before Caeroc and his crew made their way to safety a single bolt of lightning struck the pirate captain, killing him instantly. The ship was somehow unscathed from the strike, which seemed to have been absorbed into Caeroc's prize pistol. His crew believed that this was the price he had to pay to see his beloved ship to safety, and as a tribute to Ondra they tossed the now-crackling pistol into the ocean. How this firearm made its way back to land is a mystery. | |
