(Lv. 5)		 When breaking down equipment and picking herbs, occasionally receive an extra Upgrade Material.
Rank 2
(Lv. 8)		 Crafting Upgrade Materials costs 25% less.

The higher ranks of Scavenger increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Scavenger

Reach Level 5 to Unlock

Level Up
You must reach Level 5 to unlock the base rank of Scavenger in the Ranger Ability Tree. You can then spend Ability Points to activate and upgrade it once you reach the level requirement.
