When equipped as a Tactical, Buckpill Rf. can be automatically consumed in battle.

Use this to instantly restore 20% Max HP plus 1076 HP.
If equipped, item is automatically used if the holder falls below 60% HP. Max uses per battle: 3.
Can support the controlled operator: 1 time per battle. Item is automatically used on the controlled operator if they fall below 60% HP.
Restoration of use after depletion: When use attempts are depleted during battle, 1 more use becomes available after a while.
