Talk to Perlica in the Stasis Core in Dijiang
From the Hub Base, Return to the Stasis core, located in OMV Dijiang. Submit to Perlica the items that you have procured throughout the quest line.
Return to the Protocol Singularity
Touch the Stasis Core to enter the Protocol Singularity to find Laevatain within the memory.
Advance Forward and View the Memories
Once you have entered the Protocol Singularity, walk with Laevatain to view the memories with her. Reaching the corridor from the left will trigger a short dialogue with Laevatain's Other Half.
Go to the Next Corridor
View more memories of Laevatain by going through the next corridor. Talk to the Landbreaker inside the room and find out what his thoughts are about Laevatain.
Find Laevatain
Laevatain will disappear from the corridor outside the room that you were just in. Find Laevatain by navigating through the hall filled with illusions of Civilians. Talk to the child illusion, and they will lead you to the correct path.
Defeat the Enemies
Encountering Laevatain's Other Half, she'll halt your attempt to find where Laevatain is. She'll summon several enemies to stop you from going any further. Defeat them to progress through the story.
Interact with Laevatain
After defeating the enemies, go to Laevatain, who is kneeling in front of the blaze. Talk to Laevatain in order to continue the search for her memory.
Follow the Trail of Surtr
Laevatain is determined to find her memories. Follow the yellow line that appears, which will lead you to Surtr and the Flaming Giant.
Continue Following the Trail
Witness the memory by following the Trail of Surtr. There are three instances of memories of Surtr until the next cutscene.
Escape the Corridor
The corridors will start falling apart. Avoid and escape the following debris, and jump out of the corridor in order to be teleported to a different place.
Keep Advancing and Defeat the Enemies Along the Way
Arriving in a new place, keep advancing through the corridors to progress through the story. You’ll encounter enemies along the way; defeat them to continue your journey.
Defeat the Last Enemy
Going through the descending elevator, defeat the enemies that appear alongside the Walking Chrysopolis. Shortly after, a dialogue will occur with Laevatain to join the Dijiang. The quest line is officially concluded after the dialogue.
