Complete Story Chapters

FF7 Rebirth - All Chapters

You can unlock 14 trophies simply by progressing through the game and completing all the main chapters. Each trophy will be automatically added as you complete each chapter.

List of Chapters

Complete Side Quests

FF7 Rebirth - Complete Side Quests

As you progress through the game, be sure to complete all of the available side quests. Doing so will unlock two trophies for you: one for simply completing a quest, and another for completing all the quests available.

Additionally, there's a high chance that you may miss some of the available side quests after Chapter 12. So, before progressing further, make sure to revisit all the past regions to see if you missed any side quests.

List of All Side Quests and Rewards

Complete World Intel

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth - Moogle Emporium

Completing all the World Intel will also reward you with several trophies. While you don't have to complete all available intel to earn them, the trophy Director of Regional Intelligence will require you to complete all intel in one region. The most recommended regions for this are both Grasslands and Junon, as they have simple map layouts, making it easy to see all intel in one go.

Additionally, you must unlock all 7 Moogle Emporiums across all regions. Doing so will help you increase your Moogle rank, ultimately granting you the Moogle Lover trophy upon reaching max rank.

World Intel Guide and Rewards

Complete All Protorelic Intel

FF7 Rebirth - Protorelic Intel

Completing all Protorelic Intel in every region will also help you unlock more trophies. Each region offers its own Protorelic trophy, so be sure to complete all of them once available.

Moreover, completing all these intel unlocks Gilgamesh, which you need to defeat to earn the Bladesman of Legend trophy.

All Protorelic Locations (Phenomenon Intel)

Complete All Minigames and Excavation Intel

Final Fantasy Rebirth (FF7 Rebirth) - Johnny

Playing minigames can also help you earn trophies, specifically in Chocobo Racing, 3D Brawler, Queen's Blood, and Musclehead Colosseum. Most importantly, completing all minigames, including those with hard levels, can earn you more collectibles to add to Johnny's Treasure Trove.

Additionally, completing Excavation Intel can also help you find more items to donate at Johnny’s Seaside Inn. Some collectibles can only be obtained through Excavation Intel, so be sure not to skip them to complete all 88 donations.

Replay on Hard Mode

FF7 Rebirth - Post-Game - Hard Mode

Replaying the whole game on hard mode will reward you with the Of Hardy Stock trophy. You can unlock Hard Mode after finishing the game on your first run.

In addition to this mode, you will unlock Chapter Select, a feature that allows you to revisit any chapters to find anything you missed on your first playthrough, such as quests, items, and minigames. This can also help you get more trophies, especially if you're too far from your current run to revisit them.

Hard Mode Difficulty Guide

Develop All Materia

FF7 Rebirth - Develop Materia

To obtain the Materia Completionist trophy, simply develop all the materia that Chadley offers. As you progress, more materia are added to the list, so be sure to develop those as well.

You can develop materia by speaking to Chadley and selecting the Develop Materia option. Each materia requires a certain amount of Data Points, which you can obtain by completing World Intel.

How to Get All Materia

Complete All Chadley's Combat Simulator Challenges

FF7 Rebirth - Combat SImulator
Completing all of Chadley's Combat Simulator challenges will reward you with the Virtually Renowned trophy. These challenges come in a variety of sets, with more being added as you unlock each region.

Additionally, defeating a Summon Entity will also award you with the You Work For Me Now trophy. These challenges can be considerably difficult if faced in Full Might mode, but can be lessened by simply completing the Divine Intel of their respective region.

Combat Simulator Guide

Use Assess on All Enemy Encounter to Unlock Challenges

FF7 Rebirth - Assess

Make sure to use the assess command on all enemies you encounter to unlock some of Chadley's challenges as you progress through chapters. This will allow you to immediately unlock all challenges, eliminating the need to backtrack in case they're still locked.

How to Get the Assess Materia

Reach Max Character Level and Party Level

FF7 Rebirth - EXP Farming Guide
Reaching the maximum level of 70 for a certain character can help you unlock the Grind It Out trophy. You can achieve this level by farming EXP, which can be done through various methods such as completing Combat Simulator challenges, using the EXP Up Materia, and completing Side Quests to name a few.

While at it, consider farming for SP as well, as this can help you unlock the Well-Rounded trophy. Use the earned SP to unlock all skills in your folio, which is a requirement for obtaining the trophy. Additionally, farming SP is an effective way to increase Weapon EXP and party level, allowing you to unlock the Weapons 101 trophy once your proficiency is maxed.

How to Increase Party Level and Rewards

Other Easy In-Game Mechanics Unlocks

FF7 Rebirth - Chocobo

Many of the other trophies can be unlocked simply by playing the game. These mechanics are easy to perform, with the game providing tutorials for tasks such as using Chocobo to find materials, staggering enemies, and exploiting their weaknesses.

How to Pressure and Stagger Enemies

Use Chapter Select on Missable Trophies

FF7 Rebirth - Loveless

There are also three trophies in the game that you can miss, all tied to the minigames of their respective chapters. The first one is the 7th, Assemble!, which requires you to recruit all the troopers needed for the Junon Parade in Chapter 4. The second one, Card Royalty, requires you to win the Queen's Blood Tournament in Chapter 5. Lastly, Critically Acclaimed requires you to reach an S rank during the LOVELESS play in Chapter 12.

All these minigames are locked behind chapters, meaning that you cannot repeat them upon completion. They will also advance the story even if you don't recruit everyone, lose the tournament, or fail to achieve an S rank. However, you can redo these minigames by using the Chapter Select feature, which you can only unlock after completing the game.
