Bladefin is the World Intel Enemy found in the Fish out of Water Combat Assignment. This can be accessed after activating the Stonearch Tower in Corel during Chapter 9

| How to Pressure Bladefin |

| Inflicting enough damage after it emerges from the sand will pressure it. |
Bladefins are always swimming under the sand so it will be hard to hit them. However, using block with Punisher Mode will automatically pressure them once they start attacking you.
Use this opportunity to attack them while they are pressured to stagger them.
