Proficiency Bonus Use your HP to heal allies (one time only while active).

On the Edge of a Cliff in Coal Mines

You can find the Barrage Blaster in a chest near the edge of a cliff in Coal Mines. Head down and fight two Cockatrice then you'll visibly see the chest.
