How to Get Stormdancer Boots

Obtained From Chiko in Heart of Valor

Stormdancer Boots Quest Start Location
Avowed - Stormdancer Gloves Location

Stormdancer Boots is obtained from the Heart of Valor side quest triggered in Thirdborn, Shatterscarp. Speak to Chiko northwest of the Residential District to start the quest.

When speaking to Keipo at the end of the quest, keep the heart instead of returning it. Speak to Chiko outside Keipo's house and inform him of Keipo's condition to acquire the boots.

Avowed - Heart of Valor Quest Dialogue for Stormdancer Equipment

After returning from the Sand Sea Ruins, speak to Keipo and refuse to give the heart. Confronting him about his condition is optional, as the dialogue to inform Chiko will appear regardless.

Speak to Chiko outside Keipo's house and tell him that Keipo's afflicted with Dreamscourge, or hint at it. The Stormdancer Boots will be given by Chiko at the end of the dialogue, along with the rest of the Stormdancer equipment.
