Purchase From Merchant Stephan
The Lodestone can be purchased at Fior mes Iverno, in the Emerald Stair region, from the merchant Stephan, whose shop is located Northwest of Fior mes Iverno. It can be bought for 3,780 Skeyt.
Lodestone Best Enchantment
Earthrocker for Stronger Power Attack Stuns

Earthrocker enhances the already powerful area-of-effect Power Attack Stun of the original Lodestone Enchantment, further increasing its ability to stun nearby enemies.
In contrast, World Anchor isn’t worth it, as it removes the Lodestone’s AoE Stun entirely. Furthermore, rooting enemies in place is less useful when you’re already engaging them up close in melee combat.
