Jolting Touch Effects Per Rank

(Lv. 1)		 Channels a beam of electricity that jumps from the caster's fingers to the nearest enemy, causing decreasing amounts of Shock Accumulation.
Rank 2
(Lv. 5)		 Jolting Touch hits an additional 2 enemies within range.
Rank 3
(Lv. 8)		 The bolt is concentrated when used against a single enemy, dealing increased Shock Damage and Shock Accumulation.

The higher ranks of Jolting Touch increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Jolting Touch

Unlocked at the Start

Since you start as Level 1 in the game, you can activate the Jolting Touch ability at the start of the game. However, you will still need to spend an Ability Point to unlock its base rank.
