(Lv. 5)		 Power attacks with wands explode on impact, dealing reduced Stun and Explosive Damage to nearby enemies.
Rank 2
(Lv. 8)		 Power Attacks with wands deal increased Stun. Nearby enemies caught in the explosion receive the same amount of Stun as the original attack.
Rank 3
(Lv. 10)		 Nearby enemies caught in the explosion receive the same amount of damage as the original attack.

The higher ranks of Blast (Wizard) increase the power and efficacy but will remain locked until you reach the required level to unlock it.

How to Unlock Blast (Wizard)

Reach Level 5 to Unlock

Level Up
You must reach Level 5 to unlock the base rank of Blast (Wizard) in the Wizard Ability Tree. You can then spend Ability Points to activate and upgrade it once you reach the level requirement.
