How to Get the Utaru Protector

Talk to Avla after the Forbidden Legacy Side Quest

To obtain the Utaru Protector, you will first need to complete the Forbidden Legacy Side Quest given by Alva. After completing the quest, talk to Alva either at the Base (before the Singularity Main Quest) or Legacy's Landfall (after the Singularity Main Quest).
