Change By Purchasing From a Painter

Horizon Forbidden West Painter in Bulwark
In certain settlements and town areas such as the Bulwark, you will come across a Painter shop. This is where you can unlock different face paints to customize Aloy's appearance.

In Photo Mode you can freely change Face Paints before taking a picture. Changing Face Paints in Photo Mode will not change your equipped Face Paint once you exit Photo Mode.

This is driving me crazy. How to unlock Range Master face paint? You can use it at any time in screenshot mode but can't be applied at face painter.
