You Only Need the Beginner's Tutorial
For this Errand about the mini-game, players will only need to accomplish the Beginner's Tutorial guide in order to complete the quest. Just listen to Salma and small tutorial until the tutorial, and the quest, ends.
Unlocks Machine Strike in Other Settlements
Successfully completing this Errand will allow the player to participate in other Machine Strike mini-games across the world. Trying to do so prior to completing this Errand will lead to NPCs denying the player, sending them off with instructions to talk to Salma.
