Prepare weapons which can inflict Purgewater, Shock, and high Tear. For the Tear weapon, one with Tearblast Arrows like the Cleaving Sharpshot Bow is a good choice since you'll need to be able to remove components as quickly as possible.
Go into the Arena while avoiding being seen by the Clawstriders. These are a nuisance, so avoid having to confront them for as long as possible. Get in range of the Tremortusk and hit it with Purgewater until it is Drenched, then hit it with Shock damage until it is Shocked. It will be paralyzed and unable to attack, so take this time to prepare, though the Shocked status will not last long. Use your Focus to check the exact location of the Tusks, and then fire a Tearblast Arrow into each of them. Hopefully, both components will be dislodged and you can finish the Trial in one go.
Outside the arena, wait until a Clawstrider is near the patch of grass at the bottom of the left zipline, but not so close that it sees you immediately when going down. Override it and take it around the left path. Defeat the opposing Clawstrider by knocking it down with a heavy attack and continuing to wail on it with light and heavy attacks, then continue around the outer ring and do the same to the Clawstrider on the opposite side.
Try to avoid drawing the attention of the Tremortusk, as you'll need to start again if it destroys your Clawstrider.
Prepare a weapon with high Tear, like the Cleaving Sharpshot Bow's Tearblast Arrows. Go into the arena and maintain stealth. Aim for one of the Shock Cannons on the Tremortusk; if done correctly, you can take it off with a single Tearblast Arrow.
The problem is, if you go for the Shock Cannon directly, since you can't dodge or run while holding it, you're going to be trampled. Go to the opposite side of the arena and shoot the Tremortusk to lead it away from the Shock Cannon. Wait for the right timing to grab the cannon, then approach the Clawstriders one by one and take them down; they should each go down with a few blasts from the Shock Cannon.
Since the Shock Cannon is slow to charge and fire, make sure the first shot is accurate for each, since that will stun them and make subsequent shots much easier.
